Sometimes you just need to incarnate some tongue-in-cheek self help. Here are my favorite props for self motivation. I once had one of these in my purse (just in case), and gave it to someone at a bar who said something really rad. I put these around my desk when I really need to get stuff done. I give my self props for these props. I also give Dollar Store props for having these in their school aisle.
